Introduction - normal urine मे protein absent होता है लेकिन जब किसी disease के कारण urine के साथ protein body से pass out होने लगता है तब इस condition को polyuria कहते हैं

AIM - किसी भी patient के urine मे protein के उपस्थिति तथा अनुपस्थिति को पता करने के लिए किया जाता है

METHED - ACITIC ACID & HEAT METHED

Requriment - clean and dry test tube, test tube stand, musirring pipette, spirit lamp 2 % stick acid solution patient का  urine sample etc.

Principle - protein का nature इस प्रकार होता है की वह heat होने पर clot हो जाता है तथा जब इसमें 2 % stick acid solution 2 से 3 drop by drop डाला जाता है तब sulphate तथा phosphate का pritipetition lise हो जाता है जिसे phats positive नहीं आता है.

Procedure - सबसे पहले एक clean and dry test tube लेते हैं इसके बाद उसमें लगभग 5 ml urine sample लेते हैं इसके बाद test tube holder मे hold करते हैं तथा spirit lamp मे test tube के ऊपरी part को heat करते हैं इसके बाद 2% stick acid solution को 2 and 3 drop डालते हैं तथा 2 minut तब तक  heat करते हैं तथा observation करते हैं

Observation  - 

  Turbid                          -         Trace 

Courdy piricipitation    -         0.5% or (+)

Small granules piricipitation - 1% or (++)

Large granules piricipi.        - 1.5% or (+++)

Cloudly piricipitation         -    2% or (++++)

English translation - Introduction - Protein is absent in normal urine, but when the protein starts passing out of the body with urine due to some disease, then this condition is called polyuria.

 AIM - is used to detect the presence and absence of protein in the urine of any patient.

 METHED - ACITIC ACID & HEAT METHED

 Requriment - clean and dry test tube, test tube stand, musirring pipette, spirit lamp 2% stick acid solution patient urine sample etc.

 Principle - The nature of protein is such that it clot on heat and when 2 to 3 stick acid solution is added to it by 2 to 3 drop by drop, then the pritipetition of sulphate and phosphate becomes lise which is not phats positive.  is

 Procedure - First take a clean and dry test tube, then take about 5 ml urine sample in it, then hold it in the test tube holder and heat the upper part of the test tube in the spirit lamp, followed by 2% stick acid.  put 2 and 3 drop to the solution and heat and observation for 2 minut till then

 Observation -

 Turbid - Trace

 Courdy piricipitation - 0.5% or (+)
