DLC ( Differential leukocyte count ) Introduction - इस test मे different types WBC को अलग - अलग count किया जाता है AIM - किसी भी patient मे Nutrophilia Or Nitropenia Eosinophilia Or Eosinipenia Basophilia Or Basopenia Monocytosis Or monocytopenia Lymphocytosis Or Lymphocytopenia को पता करने के लिए किया जाता है METHED - SMEAR METHED Requriment - microscope, glass slide, sperder, methenol fild stain A, methenol fild stain B. Semple requriment - patient का whole blood. Principle - different type के wbc के cytoplasm तथा nucleus का part अलग अलग होता है जिसके कारण यह Stain के अलग-अलग Colour को hold करते हैं Procedure - सबसे पहले proper technique से thin smear तैयार करते हैं और इसे air dry करते हैं इसके बाद air dry smear को methanal से fix करते हैं इसके बाद Smear को fild stain A मे 7 से 8 second तक Stain करते हैं और Water से wash करते हैं इसके बाद fild stain B मे 12 से 15 second तक stain करते हैं इसके बाद water से ...
