🇨🇮 Detection of protein in urine 🇨🇮 Introduction - normal urine मे protein absent होता है लेकिन जब किसी disease के कारण urine के साथ protein body से pass out होने लगता है तब इस condition को polyuria कहते हैं AIM - किसी भी patient के urine मे protein के उपस्थिति तथा अनुपस्थिति को पता करने के लिए किया जाता है METHED - ACITIC ACID & HEAT METHED Requriment - clean and dry test tube, test tube stand, musirring pipette, spirit lamp 2 % stick acid solution patient का urine sample etc. Principle - protein का nature इस प्रकार होता है की वह heat होने पर clot हो जाता है तथा जब इसमें 2 % stick acid solution 2 से 3 drop by drop डाला जाता है तब sulphate तथा phosphate का pritipetition lise हो जाता है जिसे phats positive नहीं आता है. Procedure - सबसे पहले एक clean and dry test tube लेते हैं इसके बाद उसमें लगभग 5 ml urine sample लेते हैं इसके बाद test tube holder मे hold करते हैं तथा spirit lamp मे test tube के ऊपरी part को heat करते हैं इ...
