                               CELL

Cell - Cell हमारी body का सूक्ष्मत्म रूप होती है, हमारी body करोड़ों cells से मिलकर बनी होती है यह आकार मे सूक्ष्म होने के कारण Microscope के द्वारा ही दिखाई देती है इन्हें प्रत्यक्ष आंखों से नहीं देखा जा सकता है Cell को जीवन की मूलभूत इकाई भी कहा जाता है क्योंकि Cell की क्रियाएं होती हैं. 
जैसे Growth,  metabolosm, Exctetion, momentes, reproduction आदि क्रियाएं संपन्न होती है ।




      

                  Structure of cell
 
प्रत्येक के निम्न तीन भाग होते है -
(1)Cell membrane 
(2) cytoplasm 
(3) nucleus
(1) Cell membrane - यह thin पतली  झील्ली       ( Leyar ) होती है जो Cell कि outer most leyar होती है जिसे plasma membrane भी कहते हैं यह lipid तथा protein से मिलकर बनी होती है Cell membrane से ही Cell समस्त को सपोर्ट मिलता है इसी कारण वह पास की cell से अलग होती है । 






 Functions of cell membrane - 

(1) यह cell की कोमल की संरचनाओ को protect करती है ।
(2) यह बाहरी उत्तेजना को ग्रहण करती है ।
(3) Cell blood से पोषक तत्व एवं O2 को ग्रहण       करती है तथा Co2 बाहर निकलती है ।

(2) Cytoplasm - Nucleus के अतिरिक्त Cell के अंदर समस्त भाग को Cytoplasm कहते हैं सभी जीवित Cells मे Cytoplasm ( कोशिका द्रव्य ) भरा रहता है जीवन क्रियाएं जैसे Growth, Metabolism, आदि Cytoplasm के निम्न प्रकार हैं -




(1) Mitochondria 
(2) Ribosomes 
(3) Endoplasmic reticulum 
(4) Golgi apparatus or complex 
(5) Lysosome 
(6) Centrosome 
(7) Microtubules 
(8) Granulation
(9) Vacuoles

(3)  Nucleus - यह Cell का सबसे बड़ा अंग होता है Human body की सभी Cells मे Nucleus पाए जाते हैं Human body की Erythrocytes ( श्वेत रक्त कणिकाएं ) Nucleus के कई Part होते हैं -
(1) Nuclear membrane 
(2) Nucleoplasm
(3) Chromosome 
(4) Nucleus






Nucleus के अंदर धागे नुमा संरचना पाई जाती है जो प्रोटीन युक्त या निर्मित होती है इन्हें chromosome य गुणसूत्र कहते हैं जिनकी संख्या 46 होती है।

(3) Growth repair 
(4) Reproduction 
(5) Movement
(6) Irritability

                            Cell
 Cell - Cell is a subtle form of our body, our body is made up of crores of cells, due to its subtle size, it is visible only by the Microscope. These cannot be seen with the eye directly. Cell is also the basic unit of life. It is said that because there are actions of the cell.
 Actions such as Growth, metabolosm, exctetion, momentes, reproduction etc. are performed.





                Structure of cell

 Each has the following three parts -
(1) Cell membrane
 (2) cytoplasm
 (3) nucleus

 (1)  Cell membrane - This thin is a thin leyar which is the outer most leyar of the cell which is also called plasma membrane. It is made up of lipid and protein. She is separated from a nearby cell.





  Function of cell membrane - 

 (1) It protects the soft structures of the cell.
 (2) It absorbs external stimuli.
 (3) Cells take nutrients and O2 from blood and Co2 comes out.


 (2) Cytoplasm - In addition to the nucleus, all the parts inside the cell are called Cytoplasm. In all living cells, Cytoplasm (cytoplasm) is filled with life functions like Growth, Metabolism, etc. The following are the types of Cytoplasm -





 (1) Mitochondria

 (3) Endoplasmic reticulum
 (4) Golgi apparatus or complex
 (5) Lysosome
 (6) Centrosome
 (7) Microtubules
 (8) Granulation

 (3)  Nucleus - This is the largest organ of the cell. Nucleus is found in all the cells of the human body. Erythrocytes (white blood cells) of the human body have many parts of the nucleus -

 (1) Nuclear membrane
 (2) Nucleoplasm
 (3) Chromosome
 (4) Nucleus





 Inside the nucleus, thread-like structures are found that are either protein-rich or produced. These are called chromosomes or chromosomes, which are 46 in number.

Liver part (1)

                      LIVER -  Liver   -   L iver body की सबसे बड़ी gland होती है जिसका वजन लगभग  1.500kg  होता है यह Abdominal cavity के नीचे तथा Dyfrom के ऊपर स्थित होता है इसकी ऊपरी सतह convex होती है तथा निचली सतह concave होती है जिसके नीचे stomach, duodenum तथा large intestine का right part स्थित होता है।  Structure -   Liver connective tissue के एक आवरण से Cover रहता है जिसे Glisson's capsule ( ग्लिशियन कैप्सूल ) कहते हैं यह liver को  falciform ligament के द्वारा two lobes मे divide होता है Left lobe,  Rigth lobe की अपेक्षा 6 गुना बड़ा होता है ऊपरी Lobe Quadrate, lobe तथा दूसरा नीचे का lobe, cordate lobe होता है, इन दोनों के lobes के बीच में hepatic portal या liver door Present होता है इनमें से होकर liver में कई blood vessels, nerve, lymphatic vessels और ducts का आना जाना होता है। Histology of liver Microscopic structure - यह liver  के कई छोटे-छोटे log होते हैं य...

आलू की सब्जी

मैं 1 दिन बाजार गया और वहां से सब्जी खरीदे लगा सब्जी वाला - बेटा का चाही ? मैं - आलू का दाम क्या है। सब्जी वाला -  बेटा इसका दाम ₹30 किलो है । मैं - और लाल भाजी का ? सब्जी वाला - बेटा इसका दाम ₹20 किलो है । मैं - और पालक भाजी का ? सब्जी वाला - बेटा पालक ₹40 किलो है । मैं - तो टमाटर का दाम है अंकल जी ? सब्जी वाला - बेटा टमाटर ₹60 किलो है । मैं - चुकंदर क्या दाम है अंकल जी ? सब्जी वाला - चुकंदर का दाम बेटा ₹150 किलो । मैं - अंकल जी 1 किलो टमाटर, 1 किलो लाल भाजी, पालक भाजी 1 किलो और हल्का सा उसने धनिया पत्ता भी डाल दीजिएगा और मिर्ची भी, फिर कल आऊंगा तो 1 किलो आलू ले जाऊंगा । सब्जी वाला - ठीक है बेटा । मैं  - मैं सब्जी वाले अंकल को ₹200 देता हूंँ और सब्जी वाले अंकल हमें ₹60 वापिस कर देते हैं ।   और फिर हम सब्जी लेकर अपने घर चले आते हैं, घर आते ही दरवाजा खोलते हैं, दरवाजा खोलने के बाद लाइट जलाते हैं, फिर सब्जी रख देते हैं, और रूम को अच्छी तरह से झाड़ू लगाते हैं ।  इतना सब करने के बाद हम प्याज छिलते हैं फिर काटते हैं, फिर लहसुन छीलकर के काटते है, फिर मिर्च...
